Thank you for visiting my page and taking the time to learn more about me. I’m Andrea, a holistic wellness coach and the founder of Soul Tides. I am most passionate about spreading education to my community so you can feel empowered over your own health and wellness. I believe that everyone is unique and require different approaches to feel their best. I am dedicated to helping you find your routine.
I grew up in the forests of rural Colorado, where my love for plants first took root. That connection led me to pursue science academically—I graduated at the top of my class from the University of Colorado Boulder with dual degrees in Biology and Geography. But it was my own health challenges that ultimately brought me to the health/wellness field.
In my early twenties, I began experiencing unexplained pain and distressing symptoms. I visited doctor after doctor, only to be dismissed time and again. Despite eating clean, exercising regularly, and avoiding alcohol and tobacco, my health continued to decline. It was an incredibly difficult time in my life. I felt so overwhelmed, scared, and alone. I knew I wasn't going to roll over and accept pain and discomfort for the rest of my life. I picked myself up, pushed for answers, and I found them. I created Soul Tides to become that resource for others. I want to be there with you to help discover what is going on deeper in your body and what works best for you.
Since college, I have continued my education in health and wellness. I enrolled in formal herbal training, graduated with honors from the Sage Herbalism Program, and had the privilege of working at Sage Consulting and Apothecary under clinical herbalist, Valerie Blankenship.
My wellness coaching is designed to give you the helping hand you may need for your healing journey. I am here to help you find that path, and together, we can discover your routine, your patterns, your rhythm. I can't wait to work with you!

I will meet you where you are. I won’t ask you to throw out your entire lifestyle or tell you that you’ve been doing it all wrong. My goal is to guide you toward resources and lifestyle changes that work for you. You are a unique individual, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
I believe Western medicine has a time and place. We’ve made incredible medical advancements, and it would be a disservice to dismiss them entirely. But I also believe it’s not the only answer. True healing doesn’t come from taking a pill and making no other changes—it requires a whole-person approach.
Too often, we are led to believe that our health options are limited. That is simply not true. Holistic health, as I practice it, means whole health: looking at your full lifestyle and identifying what may be impacting your wellbeing. Natural medicine can get a bad reputation due to extreme portrayals that don’t reflect its true intent. I do not subscribe to those extremes—just as I do not believe we must blindly follow doctors.
I will meet you where you are— in your day-to-day life, in your health journey, and within your budget.
